What happens when we throw together one repentant, yet chronically unemotional Sephiroth, one bumbling, but well-meaning Agent of Heaven who isn’t even a real agent, a few havoc-wreaking demons and a world on the brink of civil war with AVALANCHE as its chief champions? A helluva lot of mixed emotions!
After the events of Final Fantasy VII, Sephiroth is sent to a world by the Goddess of Redemption to prove that he’s no longer the murdering monster who almost annihilated an entire world under the influence of Jenova. Along for the ride is aspiring Agent Marianna who’s job is to help him through his trial. Should be easy, right? Get in, team up with the good guys, set the course of history straight by killing the demons and get out, right? But when is anything easy when emotions are involved?
